Timetable for 2008-09

DONE! Autumn 08
Enjoy and work hard on our plots and the community area.

• Further Community work days for installing of compost bins, water capture (done and more to do) - done
• Make more allotments 12 October - done
• Make a pond - October - done
• BBQ - November Doggie bags (done) - done
• Make more paths - October - sort of done!

Funding applications depending on planning and community support for polytunnel and meeting shed, water, community composting area.

Winter 2008
Create community orchard - clear site; mark out beds; make paths; dig beds; plant fruit.

Blackberry picking

Build pondlettes (ie series of small ponds) for water capture, frogs and toads and slow-worms.
Make 'Sara's' wicker meditation area at the very back of the site - where it is nice and peaceful

Feb - May 2009
Create central 'circle' area -  clear site; mark out beds; dig beds; make paths; build gazebo; plant climbing and scented plants. Help and ideas wanted, and plants too!!
